Dear Alumni,

 

This notice serves as an announcement of the Election of the 3rd Executive Committee of the Alumni Association in accordance with the Article Five of the Constitution, the Election will be held from 8 June 2018 (Friday) to 15 June 2018 (Friday). A list of candidates and corresponding information have been attached with this letter. Details of the Election Week are as follows:

 

Date: 8 June 2018 (Friday) to 15 June 2018 (Friday), except Sunday

 

Time: From 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

 

From 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. (Saturday)

 

Polling Station: G/F Lobby, Stewards Pooi Kei College

 

Important Remark: Voter is required to show his/her proof of identification for verifying his/her identity.

 

If you wish to be 3rd Executive Committe of the Alumni Association, please submit the form on or before 11th May 2018.

 

According to the Election Regulation, all voters must be registered Alumni Association members. If you are not a registered member, you are encouraged to join by filling in the application form in the link here and submit together with the membership fee to the General Office of the Stewards Pooi Kei College.

 

If you are not able to vote on that day, you may authorize a person to handle the voting issue. Voters should download a form named “Election of the 3rd Executive Committee of the Alumni Association – Power of Attorney” from the Official Web page of the Alumni Association, and fill in all required information. The completed form should be forwarded to the nominated agent (either original or copy).

 

Agent is required to bring this form (original or copy) and his/her proof of identification to the polling station for voting. No voting should be allowed if the agent fails to provide sufficient information. 

 

All news and notices about this Election will be posted on the Official Web page of the Alumni Association and issued by e-mail.
